Definition of the Entity<\/strong>
The Iraqi Federal Civic Charter is a civil and federal entity that calls for the establishment of a modern state based on the rule of law, respect for human dignity, and equal opportunity for all citizens.<\/p>

1. Membership Requirements:<\/strong>
The member must be an Iraqi citizen or have a clear national affiliation to Iraq. 2. Member Rights:<\/strong>
