Dear members of the charter and fellow citizens,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Iraqi Federal Civic Charter, established with a clear vision to build a stable, fair, and prosperous federal civil Iraq. Our goal is to establish a state based on the rule of law, transparency, social justice, and equality among all citizens, ensuring economic, social, and political opportunities for every individual.

We believe that the active participation of every member and citizen is the cornerstone of the success of any civil entity, and that working with a spirit of teamwork and national responsibility is the path to achieving our ambitious vision of making Iraq a model of prosperity and progress in the region.

We also reaffirm our commitment to the principles of the charter in rejecting sectarianism and violence, promoting peaceful coexistence among all Iraqi communities, and building strong institutions capable of serving the people and protecting their rights.

I invite all members of the charter and citizens who support our vision to actively participate, take responsibility in supporting our political and social projects, and work with us in the spirit of national belonging to build a better future for all Iraqis.
